IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 09, 2018 -- Business Communications Solutions (BCS) CEO, Sunny Rajab, is featured in the American Express Card Member Spotlight series for the month of December, highlighting her business knowledge and communications expertise.
The Card Member Spotlight series features dynamic American Express OPEN® Card Members, highlighting their rise to success. The article, “The Business of Communication,” shares how Rajab’s firm, Business Communications Solutions (BCS), found success by embracing technology and recognizing the communication needs of entrepreneurs and small- to medium-size businesses.
BSC began as a provider of business phone systems, then soon added cable and infrastructure services, followed by managed IT and networking services. In 2013, BCS launched KUMO, its unified cloud solutions offering. The Company continues to evolve and grow with the business communication needs of its clients by offering newly designed services such as audio-visual conferencing in fully automated conference rooms, in which TV, phones, lighting, and shades can be controlled by a single-touch pad. Among Ms. Rajab’s goals is to expand BCS’s global presence in tandem with the growing number of U.S.-based clients building their own overseas businesses. Rajab encourages her clients to keep up with technology in a manner that suits their individual needs. “I’ve always looked at things long term to make sure I find the right solution for each client.”
Ms. Rajab’s latest venture is a non-profit charity, the Shayda Strong Foundation, named after her daughter who recently battled Stage IV cancer. Sunny and Shayda founded the charity with the mission of providing financial and emotional support for children and families struggling with cancer.
