ATLANTA, Jan. 09, 2018 -- Americold Realty Trust (the “Company” or “Americold”) announced today the launch of its initial public offering of 24,000,000 common shares. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,600,000 common shares. The common shares have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange and, subject to official notice of issuance, will trade under the symbol “COLD.”
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering. Rabo Securities, Baird, Citizens Capital Markets, Raymond James, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BB&T Capital Markets and BTIG are acting as the co-managers for the offering.
