Anthropic has introduced two new artificial intelligence tools, Claude Dashboards and Claude Motion, expanding its workplace productivity offerings as competition intensifies among AI companies seeking to attract business customers.
The company announced the new features on Thursday, October 8, highlighting their ability to simplify business data analysis and digital content creation without requiring users to write code.
Claude Dashboards, currently available in beta for paid subscribers, allows users to create interactive business dashboards using natural-language instructions. The tool connects with business data platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enabling companies to generate live reports, visualize information, and analyze performance metrics.
Instead of relying on traditional programming or complex data visualization software, users can describe the information they want to examine, and Claude can transform those requests into dashboards and analytical insights.
The feature is designed to help businesses monitor operations, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions more efficiently. It could also reduce the technical expertise required to develop customized reporting tools.
Meanwhile, Claude Motion introduces AI-powered animation capabilities for workplace users. Available in beta to Team and Enterprise customers, the tool enables users to generate editable animations through Claude and export completed projects as video files.
The new animation feature could support businesses creating presentations, marketing materials, educational content, and other visual communications. Its editing capabilities allow users to refine generated animations before producing their final videos.
Anthropic said both products aim to make advanced data analysis and visual content creation more accessible to professionals without specialized coding skills.
Alongside the launches, Anthropic announced that Claude Docs, Claude Slides, and Claude Design are now generally available across all Claude subscription plans following their beta testing periods.
The broader rollout gives more users access to AI-assisted document creation, presentation development, and design capabilities within the Claude ecosystem.
Anthropic's latest expansion reflects growing competition in the enterprise AI market, where developers are increasingly introducing tools that automate everyday workplace tasks.
By combining dashboard generation, animation creation, document editing, and presentation tools, Anthropic is positioning Claude as a more comprehensive AI productivity platform for businesses and individual professionals.
