CSI globalVCard To Discuss Blockchain At Europe Commercial Cards and Payments Summit 2016

The 2016 Europe Commercial Cards and Payments Summit is scheduled to be held on 15, 16 March at Hilton Canary Wharf, London.

The summit aims to explore how technological innovation, regulation and the changing world of customers are impacting the industry in Europe. Topics will include emerging trends poised to shape growth and innovation in payments in Europe, such as blockchain technology, supplier enablement and much more. Among other things, the summit will seek to determine how blockchain technology could be applied to commercial payments.

“With all of the developments in Europe today across the commercial cards and payments space, including regulatory changes, new competitors and much more, this is a not to be missed event for all commercial cards and payments professionals and providers”, the online post reads.

CSI globalVCard has announced that its executives are among the panelists selected by Commercial Payments International (CPI) to share insight and knowledge during the summit.

The experts will discuss and debate how they think technologies, and which ones, will impact commercial payments in the future. This session will take place March 15, 2016 10:00am.

‘The Revolution in Cross-Border Payments’ session will see Kara Koepsell, VP of Strategic Planning for CSI globalVCard, joining executives from MasterCard and SWIFT to share insight and best practices for helping corporate customers overcome the challenge of cross-border payments and multicurrency transactions. This session will take place March 15, 2016 3:00pm.
