This chart from Pew Research shows a survey conducted by them across the world. It shows that very few around the world expects President Donald Trump to do the right thing regarding world affairs. 

According to the survey, more than 80 percent of the survey respondents in countries who are allies of the United States like Canada, UK, Germany have no confidence that President Trump would do the right thing in world affairs. 

interestingly, that no-confidence number is pretty low for China, just 40 percent.
