CHICAGO, Nov. 07, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ:RAIL) has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on November 23, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2016.
