San Francisco, CA, March 21, 2018 -- Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated provider of temporary furnished apartments, has added six new properties to its San Francisco Bay Area portfolio. Northern California cities with corporate apartment availability include Palo Alto, Sunnyvale and San Francisco.
Since opening its office in San Francisco’s South of Market (SOMA) neighborhood in January, Furnished Quarters has added inventory in four San Francisco residential buildings: 340 Fremont, The Paramount, Avalon Hayes Valley and 923 Folsom. To assist clients with needs in Silicon Valley, the company has set up dozens of furnished apartments at The Marc in Palo Alto and Encasa in Sunnyvale.
“The response to adding California has been overwhelming from our corporate clients,” said Steve Brown, CEO of Furnished Quarters. “We can’t set up apartments fast enough to meet the demand.”
Tyler Smittle, General Manager of Furnished Quarters in Norther California, also anticipates high demand and rapid growth in the new market. “There’s much more to come as we bring our talented team, signature design, global program management and unrivaled hospitality to Northern California,” he noted.
Furnished Quarters, which has established market dominance in the Northeastern U.S. over the last two decades, has more recently achieved recognition as a global housing provider, managing many of the world’s largest corporate housing programs. As such, the company has undergone significant expansion, adding new staff, offices and markets to its roster, California being the most recent.
Furnished Quarters remains on track with its plan to operate 100 short-term furnished apartments in the Bay Area by May 1, 2018.
