VIENNA, Austria and RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Jan. 11, 2018 -- JAGGAER, the world’s largest vertically focused independent spend management company, is conducting its annual international buyer survey, SRM Maturity Check: Benchmark 2018. Procurement professionals from companies of all sizes across all industries are encouraged to participate in the brief 10-minute survey on their current processes and practices in supplier relationship management (SRM), and will in turn gain access to benchmarking results. The online survey is now open and accepting submissions until March 15, 2018.
“The objective of the survey is to identify the current state of SRM, establish benchmarks, and uncover new potential for SRM,” said Robert Bonavito, CEO of JAGGAER. “The 2017 SRM Maturity Check results provided significant insight into the state of digitalization and revealed that companies across all industries have a lot of catching up to do – 57% reported operating without appropriate technologies when collecting, managing, and analyzing supplier data. For 2018, JAGGAER will further explore current SRM processes and practices, and will identify which industries are setting a real benchmark.”
The questionnaire is available in English and German. The range of questions covers the dimensions of people, processes, and technology, and spans across the entire supplier lifecycle. The results will be published in a benchmark report after the survey has been completed.
