ATLANTA, Dec. 28, 2017 -- Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ:MANH) today announced it was ranked first in four categories and achieved Top Vendor Ranking in 13 other categories within the 2017 RIS Software LeaderBoard. Considered one of the most highly regarded and widely read studies in the retail industry, the RIS Software LeaderBoard ranks software vendors based on customer evaluations. This year’s results underscore Manhattan’s dedication to its customers, the quality of its solutions and the strength of its innovative technologies.
Through their responses to the RIS Software survey, Manhattan’s customers recognized the company for the quality of its products, ranking it first in Software Reliability for Tier One Retailers. In a survey that primarily measures customer sentiment, Manhattan’s Services organization also received high praise for its excellent performance, ranking the company the first Large Vendor in Customer Satisfaction, first in Recommendation for Tier One Retailers, and first in Vendor in Quality of Service for Tier One Retailers.

The RIS Software LeaderBoard rankings were determined by evaluations submitted by leading retailers during September and October 2017. Scores were based on Customer Satisfaction, which consists of Return on Investment (ROI), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Quality of Support and Innovation; Retail Concentration, which focuses on a vendor’s suite of solutions; and Revenue Factor, which factors in vendor retail revenue.
