McAfee Corp unveils its AI-based McAfee Scam Protection, a response to the surge in AI-aided cyber scams, aiming to detect and block deceptive cyber threats proactively.
Phishing scams, which continue to be the top cybersecurity threat globally, are being created at an alarming rate, with a new phishing site emerging every 11 seconds. Text scams alone caused Americans to lose a staggering $330 million last year, twice the amount from the previous year, with an average reported loss of $1,000.
