More well-known leakers have provided information on the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked, and they are all saying it will happen on Aug. 11. The products to be announced at the event have also been revealed in various reports, but one much-awaited smartphone is not expected to launch anytime soon.
FrontTron was one of the first leakers who provided the Aug. 11 date as the schedule for the summer Galaxy Unpacked. However, some fans questioned his information due to some details in the photo he posted. But whether the accompanying image was real or not, more sources are now agreeing with the reported date.

Max Jambor, another well-known tipster, tweeted on Monday, “Aug 11th it is.” UniverseIce, one of the most accurate leakers online, has also tweeted “August 11” along with a check symbol on early Tuesday. While they both did not specifically mention any company in their posts, those were quite obvious references to the rumored summer Samsung Galaxy Unpacked.

Going back to the FrontTron’s tip, the next Samsung event is reportedly starting at 10 a.m. Eastern Time and will be broadcast through the company’s official website. This means Samsung is sticking with the virtual presentations amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is unknown if Samsung will host the event through other online channels, but it is possible. Fans around the world who will not be able to watch the full show because of the time will likely get the chance to review the announcements through press releases. More information about the event should be announced at least a week before or around Aug. 3.

The lineup of devices to be announced at the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked is not hard to guess, thanks to the relentless leaks online. Fans can count on the unveiling of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3. Samsung is also anticipated to announce two new models of the Galaxy Watch 4 series. Reports also indicate that Galaxy Buds 2 will be launched soon.
The mid-range phone Galaxy S21 FE, which was previously speculated to launch with the foldable smartphones, is unlikely to make an appearance at the summer Samsung Galaxy Unpacked. More recent reports claimed that Samsung was forced to delay its launch due to the ongoing semiconductor shortage.
