LONGWOOD, Fla., Jan. 10, 2018 -- Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc. (OTC:SGSIF) (the “Company”), announced today the elimination of over $1.5 Million in convertible debt, as well as all interest and derivative liabilities associated with that debt.
Roger Ponder CEO of Spectrum stated: “The extinguishment of debt was part of an agreement we secured with legacy lenders of the Company last year prior to the Company’s acquisition of AW Solutions. The extinguishment strengthens our balance sheet and helps create shareholder equity.”
