Starbucks Korea will offer its signature product, the Americano, at its original price for a limited period to celebrate its growing customer loyalty program, which surpassed 10 million in January this year.
Customers may get a tall-size Americano between 2 and 5 pm on February 22–24 for 2,500 won. Customers may purchase up to four tall Americanos per receipt at this time.
To give customers a more upscale experience, the first Starbucks location in South Korea, Starbucks Reserve Ewha Womans University, will also sell a Reserve Americano long size for the same price.
Up to two glasses may be purchased by one customer per receipt.
The Starbucks Rewards program has become a hit with Korean consumers, with an average of more than 100 people signing up every hour over the past 11 years and 4 months.
This means that one in five Koreans is now a member of the program.
