With a new referral program incentive, Tesla assists Cybertruck reservation holders in receiving the pickup more quickly; however, this comes at a price.
Tesla's Referral Program Fast-Tracks Cybertruck Delivery for Credit Holders
By providing 30,000 referral credits in exchange for expedited delivery of the Cybertruck, Tesla enables reservation holders to bypass the line of customers who placed pre-orders for the truck before them.
"Redeem referral credits to accelerate your Cybertruck Delivery," Tesla said. "Be invited to configure and take delivery of your Foundation Series All-Wheel Drive or Cyberbeast within 45 days of redemption. If you miss your chance to claim, check back later–additional accelerated deliveries."
The award was completely sold out within hours, and Tesla may decide to re-offer it if it wishes to remove additional credits from the possession of proprietors. According to the company, Cybertruck reservations are extensive, and more than one million individuals are reportedly waiting for the truck.
According to Teslarati, Tesla is currently in the manufacturing phase of the Cybertruck, which presents an unprecedentedly complex and novel challenge for the company. Assuming Tesla's production reaches a maximum capacity of approximately 200,000 to 250,000 units annually, it is probable that the current reservation list will remain unfulfilled for four to five years.
However, certain reservation holders who may be further in the queue can quickly advance if they have 30,000 credits to spend on the award, enabling them to leapfrog. In addition, Tesla reinstated factory tours of its Fremont and Gigafactory Texas and a Foundation Series Cybertruck Sweepstakes that offered the chance to win a complimentary pickup truck.
Tesla Owner Sueco utilizes Cybertruck Toybox to Compose a Cool Impromptu Track
Serious talent is always evident when an individual manipulates a tool with mastery. This was undoubtedly the case in a recently uploaded on X that featured singer-songwriter Sueco in his Tesla Cybertruck performing an impromptu song.
Sueco began his Cybertruck video, similar to many others before it, by demonstrating to his social media followers the components and features of the all-electric pickup truck, including its motorized tonneau cover, unique lightbar, and enormous windshield wiper. Sueco appeared enamored with his Cybertruck as he demonstrated the vehicle's attributes.
However, as a songwriter and singer-songwriter, Sueco decided to conduct an impromptu music session utilizing the Trax function of his Cybertruck. During the 2019 Holiday Update, Trax was added to Tesla's Toybox to provide drivers and passengers with entertaining activities while their vehicles were being charged. Trax, a rudimentary Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), is quite basic and has been deemed excessive and abhorrent by YouTube musician Benn Jordan and other reviewers.
Sueco, on the other hand, appears to hold a different opinion, as he acknowledged that Trax was his preferred feature of his Cybertruck. To showcase the capabilities of the all-electric pickup vehicle, the singer-songwriter elected to compose an impromptu composition while inside. Sueco was observed assembling the track's instruments and even provided his vocals via the vehicle's microphone.
The singer-songwriter revealed that he spent approximately thirty minutes on his Cybertruck tinkering with Trax, but the result was well worth the effort. In the video, the performer was dancing to his improvised Cybertruck soundtrack.
Suceco's hurried music session yielded surprisingly excellent results, with some social media users noting that the track did not need to be that difficult. Overall, capabilities such as Trax could be significantly enhanced with the Cybertruck, at least when competent individuals operate.
