The bolt-on acquisition provides new, strategic technology to develop next generation composites to solve a myriad of challenging applications in industries such as marine, hydro, and aerospace, expanding into the global marketplace.

The expanded scope of capabilities and technology will be leveraged within our global market presence.”
The company is located in Niskayuna, New York. Sales amounted to approximately of $7.8 million (approx. SEK 65 M) in 2016. The transaction was consolidated on December 1, 2017.
