There is one major retailer in the United States that is certainly having an Xbox Series X/S restock in the coming days, and that is Walmart. However, the transaction will be a little different for this particular drop as the company notes that consoles will be available via the Xbox All Access offer.
Xbox Series X/S restock at Walmart confirmed for this week
The world is still seeing a massive shortage in semiconductors that have greatly affected the availability of many devices, including Microsoft’s new-generation consoles Xbox Series X/S. Luckily, fans of the gaming system do not have to guess where they can get the console after Walmart confirmed it is having a restock in a few days.
Unlike other retailers, Walmart has been providing customers a little more help by confirming when the next restock is going to happen and even providing the exact time when they will go on sale. Xbox Series X/S product pages on Walmart’s online store now have a message telling customers that the consoles will be restocked on Thursday, March 25, at 3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT.

There are a few buying tips gaming fans have to remember. Log in or sign up for a Walmart.com account before the restock schedule. Make sure to fill out the payment and delivery details to complete the purchase quickly.
Since limited units will be available in the upcoming restock, it would not hurt to come to the online store before the given time. Keep refreshing the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S pages until the consoles are available.
Recently, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 restock online are coming in waves. This means if the consoles suddenly go out of stock, do not log out yet and keep refreshing for at least 10 minutes because they are likely to become available again.
What does Xbox All Access mean?
What is different with the upcoming Xbox Series X/S restock on Walmart is that customers will have to purchase them through the Xbox All Access promo. And that may be a good thing to many buyers because it is practically an installment plan Microsoft started to offer since the new-gen consoles were launched last year.
Instead of paying $499 for the Xbox Series X and $299 for Xbox Series S upfront, customers will be paying $24.99/month and $34.99/month, respectively, in a two-year installment plan. That package includes a 24-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which seems like a good deal now as Microsoft recently added 20 AAA games from Bethesda to the subscription service.
