In an Oct. 20 announcement, 1inch said eligible users outside the United States can swap more than 450 Ondo stock and exchange-traded fund tokens on Solana, adding a route for trading tokenized securities.
The company said this is its first Ondo Stocks integration outside Ethereum-compatible networks. Tokka Labs, an independent resolver, fills the Solana orders. According to 1inch, Solana’s architecture requires separate infrastructure to execute swaps there.
Ondo introduced more than 200 stock and ETF tokens on Solana on Jan. 21. 1inch now puts the selection above 450. An Oct. 14 overview of 1inch’s real-world asset integrations already listed Ondo, before the Solana announcement.
Ondo says its stock tokens are backed by the corresponding securities and cash in transit. The tokens are separate from shares issued by the companies they track. Ondo sets eligibility and redemption conditions, while 1inch provides a way to swap the tokens rather than issuing or managing them.
U.S. users cannot access the tokens through 1inch. Users elsewhere remain subject to Ondo’s rules, and liquidity and trading conditions may differ by asset.
