2PointZero Group’s profit attributable to owners more than tripled to AED 8.595 billion in the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026, while third-quarter profit fell year over year.

The unaudited interim statements filed with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) showed owner-attributable profit of AED 2.645 billion in the same period of 2025. Total group profit, including earnings attributable to non-controlling interests, reached AED 9.548 billion, compared with AED 2.691 billion a year earlier. The company’s earnings release separately cited 33% pro forma growth in net profit, a different comparison from the owner-profit figures in the filing.

Net fair-value gains on financial assets recognized through profit or loss were AED 5.797 billion for the nine months, compared with a loss of AED 16.935 million in the prior-year period. “Our net profit also reflects significant fair value gains on our investment portfolio,” Chief Executive Officer Samia Bouazza said in the release.

Revenue reached AED 33.697 billion, up from AED 2.241 billion a year earlier. The company attributed the expansion in reported revenue to acquisitions and consolidation, including Tendam, Ghitha and 2PointZero Holding. In a pro forma comparison that accounts for the group merger and Tendam integration, the company reported revenue growth of 106%.

The third quarter showed a different trend: profit attributable to owners was AED 1.514 billion, down from AED 2.009 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased to AED 11.842 billion from AED 1.220 billion. For the nine-month period, the company reported adjusted EBITDA of AED 7.5 billion after excluding fair-value changes and one-off items. At Sept. 30, cash and bank balances stood at AED 15.706 billion, and total assets were AED 154.984 billion.

The group’s expansion included ePointZero’s completed July acquisition of 100% of Traverse Midstream Partners, LLC, for $2.25 billion in cash. The purchase gave ePointZero non-operated stakes of 35% in the Rover Pipeline and 25% in the Ohio River System.

On Aug. 31, ePointZero disclosed an agreement to acquire 90% of Azura Power Holding Limited. The disclosure said the transaction remained subject to required procedures and regulatory approvals. 2PointZero described Azura Power as having more than 750 megawatts of operating capacity and a development pipeline of more than 1.5 gigawatts across Nigeria, Senegal and Mozambique.
