HONG KONG, Nov. 5 — 3 E Network Technology Group Limited said Thursday it formed a partnership with Zhengguangtong Logistics to plan logistics and tracking for enterprise AI hardware while seeking to limit investment in company-owned warehouses.

Under the proposal, 3 E Network would connect its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to Zhengguangtong’s logistics cloud through application programming interfaces (APIs). The planned tracking setup would pair server serial numbers with Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) identifiers and firmware versions. It would also monitor temperature, humidity and vibration while equipment is transported.

3 E Network projects that customers could receive a response to spare-parts requests by the following business day. To support that aim, the plan calls for stocking sites near enterprise computing clusters, where components could be dispatched when needed. The company gave no launch date, initial service areas or number of sites.

The company said the planned network would serve its enterprise AI storage servers and all-flash arrays. Distributed compute nodes and high-density infrastructure are among the possible later uses. 3 E Network Chief Executive Officer Tingjun Yang said the arrangement would help the company keep warehouse investment down as it coordinates hardware deliveries for enterprise customers.

3 E Network expects the model to improve the timing of its cash conversion cycle, but did not estimate the potential change. It also said dynamic routing could support its effort to reduce Scope 3 emissions, without providing a target or measurement. The company projects faster hardware delivery and parts support for business customers; its announcement did not detail costs to either partner or customers.
