AIB Data Centers Inc. presented $6.56 billion in illustrative 12-year contract value for four planned U.S. sites, a projection that depends on securing customers and, at three sites, utility agreements.

AIB furnished the investor presentation to the SEC with a Form 8-K on Oct. 20. Its calculation, dated Oct. 14, excludes the anchor CLT1 project and assumes base rents increase 3% each year. The company based the figure on its own assumptions and said it was neither a revenue forecast nor a target.

As of Oct. 14, none of the four sites had a customer agreement. Three of them — DFW2, GSO1 and MSP1 — also had no executed utility agreement. The projected value therefore does not represent revenue under signed customer contracts.

Across its portfolio, AIB reported about 120 megawatts of contracted utility power as of Oct. 14. At CLT1, a customer has contracted for 50 megawatts of critical IT capacity. That agreement runs for an initial 12 years, with two options to renew for five years each.

Under AIB’s business model, customers own the computing equipment and pay for contracted IT capacity. The company identified access to power and long grid-connection times as constraints on development. It expects customer prepayments to cover a meaningful share of CLT1’s initial development costs and plans to use project debt and preferred equity as additional funding.

AIB has yet to secure CLT1 project financing and says it cannot count on obtaining it on expected terms.

The presentation also showed second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.9 million, down from $4.7 million a year earlier. AIB recorded a $3.5 million net loss, compared with a $542,000 loss in the prior-year quarter. Those figures reflect its former hosting operation, before the customer agreement. AIB shut off power at that site on June 5 to shift its infrastructure toward AI and high-performance computing workloads.

AIB expects to deliver two 25-megawatt data halls at CLT1 in the fourth quarter of 2027. That schedule depends on power service, construction, equipment procurement, permits and funding.
