APR Corporation reported record third-quarter revenue of 773.1 billion won as overseas sales climbed to 94% of the total, showing the weight of international markets in its results.
The company's preliminary earnings presentation, dated Oct. 30, put revenue growth at 100.3% from a year earlier. The Korea Herald reported the won total as $579.8 million. Overseas revenue increased 135% to 722.9 billion won, according to APR.
North America generated 46% of revenue and Europe 23%. Together, the regions supplied 69% of sales, up from 47% in the year-earlier quarter.
Cosmetics and beauty revenue rose 150.6% to 682.3 billion won. Beauty-device revenue moved in the opposite direction, falling 17.9% to 84.7 billion won. Operating profit increased 68.9% to 160.6 billion won, a slower pace than revenue growth. The operating margin was 20.8%, down from 24.6% a year earlier.
APR said the stronger won reduced the value of overseas sales when converted into won and led to losses on foreign-currency receivables. The company estimated those exchange-rate effects lowered operating profit by 28 billion won and its margin by 3.6 percentage points.
APR also said it adopted K-IFRS No. 1118 (IFRS 18) early in 2026 and restated its 2025 comparisons. The revised figures may differ from previously published numbers.
Revenue for January through September totaled 2.13 trillion won, above the 1.53 trillion won recorded for all of 2025. Nine-month operating profit came to 503.5 billion won, compared with 361.4 billion won for full-year 2025. Compared with the second-quarter figures in our earlier APR coverage, third-quarter revenue rose from 767.5 billion won to 773.1 billion won, while operating profit fell from 190.6 billion won to 160.6 billion won.
APR said the third-quarter results are preliminary and may change after external review.
