Acuity International, LLC said it won a U.S. Army order to provide security services at Redstone Arsenal under a 10-year contracting program valued at $10.3 billion.
The company said in its Oct. 19 announcement that the order covers guard work and access control for U.S. Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal. Acuity said it would staff and supervise the work and provide the equipment, materials and transport needed to carry it out.
The Army’s June 11, 2025, contract notice valued the broader Global Protective Services program at $10,336,446,197. It named seven companies, including Acuity, to compete for individual orders. Funding and work locations are determined separately for each order, the notice said.
Acuity did not disclose the Redstone order’s value, funding, duration, start date or staffing level. The program’s overall value does not establish how much the Army will pay for Acuity’s work at the garrison.
Army Contracting Command-Rock Island said growing demand for contracted security prompted the Global Protective Services program. The Army said the program gives government agencies a way to procure private security services worldwide. In June 2025, it described the Security Support Services Global program as focused on particular regions and limited in scope.
