Adani Energy Solutions Limited reported a 148% year-over-year increase in consolidated profit attributable to owners for the quarter ended Sept. 30, alongside a 52.8% rise in revenue from operations.
The board approved the unaudited results on Thursday, Oct. 22. The company’s filing put owner-attributable profit at Rs 1,322.85 crore, up from Rs 533.97 crore a year earlier, and revenue from operations at Rs 10,075.54 crore, compared with Rs 6,595.83 crore.
The company’s media release reported a separate measure: total consolidated profit after tax of Rs 1,364 crore, up 145% from Rs 557 crore. That total includes non-controlling interests, while the filing’s Rs 1,322.85 crore figure is the portion attributable to the company’s owners.
The company credited higher income to stronger contributions across its transmission and energy solutions businesses, meter deployments and increased service-concession revenue linked to capital spending. Its release reported EBITDA of Rs 3,548 crore, up 67%, and operating EBITDA of Rs 3,070 crore, an increase of 68%.
Adani Energy Solutions said awards for transmission assets in Vizag and Satara lifted its active order book to about Rs 87,000 crore. It also reported signing a 25-year power-purchase agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for 2,500 megawatts of round-the-clock power.
By the end of the first half of fiscal 2027, the company said it had installed 14.82 million smart meters. Its order book for meters under implementation was 24.6 million units, with revenue potential of Rs 29,519 crore.
The company scheduled an investor call for Friday, Oct. 23, to discuss its first-half fiscal 2027 results and business outlook.
