Allcargo Logistics’ earnings rose faster than sales in the July-September quarter, with EBITDA up 24% and the company returning to profit as revenue increased 3.4% year over year.

In a press release filed with the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Allcargo reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 555 crore for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, up from Rs 537 crore a year earlier. The board approved the unaudited results on Nov. 3.

The release put profit after tax at Rs 19 crore, compared with a loss of Rs 5 crore in Q2FY26. The NSE consolidated filing lists Rs 19 crore in net profit from continuing operations, then records a Rs 1 crore share of losses from associates and joint ventures. Total profit for the period was Rs 18 crore.

Allcargo’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased 24% year over year, while gross profit rose 13%, according to the company. For the first half of FY27, revenue was up 7.1% and EBITDA had risen 31%.

The company credited price discipline, cost recovery and process improvements with better profitability. It said growth in Express Distribution moderated. In Consultative Logistics, higher volume from existing customers and improved warehouse utilization supported margins.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Ketan Kulkarni said Allcargo was seeing a volume recovery during the festive period and expected it to persist. The company expects automotive, electronics, heavy engineering and e-commerce to contribute to Q3FY27 growth. It also listed restoring volume growth, protecting yields, improving capacity utilization and strengthening cash generation as priorities for the second half of FY27.
