Allegion plc raised its full-year 2026 outlook after third-quarter sales reached $1.17 billion, with growth in the Americas offsetting a small organic decline in its international business.
Revenue was up 9.6% from a year earlier on a reported basis, while the organic measure advanced 7.2%. That figure reflects growth after excluding acquisitions, divestitures and currency effects. The quarter ended Sept. 30.
For 2026, Allegion now projects reported revenue growth of 9.5% to 10.5%, alongside organic growth between 5% and 6%. It lifted its adjusted earnings-per-share outlook to $9.05 to $9.10 and set reported EPS guidance at $8.35 to $8.40. The annual organic range is below the 7.2% rate recorded in the latest quarter.
Net earnings reached $220.9 million, compared with $188.4 million a year earlier, an increase of $32.5 million. Earnings per share were $2.59, versus $2.18. Adjusted EPS, a non-GAAP measure, increased 13% to $2.60 from $2.30.
Americas revenue increased 11.7% on a reported basis and 9.1% organically. Allegion said organic growth in its Americas nonresidential business was in the low double digits, reflecting stronger demand and realized pricing.
International revenue rose 1.8% on a reported basis, while falling 0.2% organically. The decline reflected lower volume despite pricing gains.
Tariff refunds benefited operating income by $19.9 million, with $0.9 million in related interest income. Allegion excluded the $19.9 million operating-income benefit from adjusted operating income and both benefits from adjusted EPS.
Allegion reported the results in an Oct. 22 Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The filing index identifies Item 2.02, Results of Operations and Financial Condition, and Item 9.01, Financial Statements and Exhibits.
