Polish e-commerce giant Allegro raised its full-year 2026 guidance on Thursday after strong growth in Poland and rapidly expanding sales across its international marketplaces.

Allegro now expects group gross merchandise value (GMV) to increase 13%-15% this year, while Adjusted EBITDA is projected to rise 13%-17%. The upgraded outlook follows international GMV growth of about 100% year-on-year during the first 10 weeks of the third quarter.

The company also continues to outperform in its core Polish market. Poland GMV increased 12% year-on-year in the second quarter, more than three times the growth rate of nominal retail sales. Year-to-date performance has already exceeded the upper end of Allegro's previous guidance, lifting group GMV growth to nearly 15%.

Second-quarter consolidated GMV climbed 14.4%, while Adjusted EBITDA increased 11.5% from a year earlier. Polish revenue advanced 14.4% and Adjusted EBITDA rose 11.3%, supported by logistics, financial services, advertising and pricing initiatives.

Allegro consequently upgraded its 2026 Poland forecast to GMV growth of 11%-13% and Adjusted EBITDA growth of 11%-14%.

International expansion remains a major growth driver. GMV across Allegro's Czech, Slovak and Hungarian marketplaces surged 85% year-on-year during the second quarter. The platforms now reach more than a quarter of e-commerce customers in those markets and list over 40 million active products.

Allegro expects international GMV to finish 2026 about 2 billion zlotys above 2025 levels, while the international business is targeted to reach break-even in 2029.

The company's financial and logistics services also expanded. Allegro Pay accounted for 16.4% of second-quarter GMV, with loan generation rising 35% to 4.5 billion zlotys. Allegro Smart! surpassed 9 million users, while Allegro Delivery expanded to more than 40,000 parcel lockers and nearly 35,000 pickup locations.

CEO Marcin Kuśmierz said Polish GMV continues to accelerate while international marketplace GMV has doubled year-on-year early in the third quarter.

Allegro also announced that CFO Jon Eastick will be succeeded next month by Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann.
