Nasdaq-listed Alpha Modus said a share-and-warrant swap added 3,170 Bitcoin (BTC) to its position, while the company valued its total reported Bitcoin holdings above $250 million.

The transaction used 51.6 million shares and matching warrants as consideration. Using equity-linked instruments let the company add digital assets without a direct cash payment, while the share issuance reduced existing shareholders’ percentage ownership.

The $250 million figure refers to Alpha Modus’ reported holdings as a whole, not just the 3,170 BTC acquired in the swap. The coin count describes the transaction; the valuation describes the company’s broader reported Bitcoin position. For shareholders who held stock before the deal, the added shares meant a smaller percentage stake in the company.
