Anthropic, PBC filed a Form S-1 with the SEC on Oct. 26 for an initial public offering of Class A common stock, with a Nasdaq listing planned but no share count or price range set.
ANT is the ticker the company plans to use for its Nasdaq Global Select Market listing. Its registration statement has not taken effect, so Anthropic cannot yet sell the stock or accept purchase offers. The company gave no date for trading to begin.
The filing follows Anthropic’s June 1 disclosure that it had privately submitted a draft S-1 to the SEC. At the time, Anthropic said market conditions and other considerations would shape whether it proceeded with an offering. EconoTimes previously covered the company’s proposed IPO.
