Services generated about 42% of Apple’s fiscal 2025 gross margin on roughly 26% of sales, a mix disclosed in the company’s annual filing ahead of its Nov. 2 quarterly results call.

Apple’s 2025 Form 10-K reported $109.2 billion in Services sales out of $416.2 billion in companywide net sales. The business contributed $82.3 billion to Apple’s $195.2 billion total gross margin. Its share of gross margin was substantially larger than its share of sales.

Services recorded a 75.4% gross-margin rate in fiscal 2025, while Products recorded 36.8%, according to the filing. Apple said advertising, App Store and cloud-services revenue were the main contributors to Services growth.
