At 10:55 a.m. ET (14:55 UTC), collected quotes for Binance’s Arbitrum (ARB)/Tether (USDT) spot pair put the token at $0.1818. The quote an hour earlier was $0.1716, a $0.0102 increase per token.
Liquidation figures for the same hour across Binance, Bybit and OKX showed $10,000 in short liquidations and $0 in long liquidations. The one-hour and 24-hour changes refer to different measurement windows.
