BARCELONA, Spain and SANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 28, 2018 -- MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS - Aricent, a global design and engineering company, announced that it has pre-integrated NB-IoT functionality into its industry-leading LTE software framework. This integration offers a unique advantage to OEM customers – they no longer need to manage multiple vendors to build a complete 4G solution.
As a complete LTE solution comprising eNodeB and Evolved Packet Core (EPC), the LTE software framework delivers a one-stop solution that’s pre-integrated for L1, L2, and L3 for 4G customers providing significant time-to-market and cost advantages. The LTE eNodeB framework package, now offers advanced features including NB-IoT, eMTC, LWA, LAA, eMBMS and more. The solution is available on industry-leading platform where it is pre-integrated with Layer1 PHY software. Aricent also offers enhancements, maintenance and customization services for the complete 4G software framework.

Aricent’s wireless portfolio also includes a MANO/VNFM solution for managing various VNFs in an NFV environment. Aricent is demonstrating its 5G capabilities at MWC 2018 in Barcelona.
