Arity, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, agreed to acquire the remaining interest in Replica, expanding its mobility data business with travel-pattern modeling for organizations making transportation decisions.
Arity announced the definitive agreement Nov. 3 and said it expects the transaction to close in 2026, subject to customary conditions. The announcement did not state a purchase price, the percentage being acquired or a specific closing date.
Allstate's 2026 proxy statement says Arity previously acquired a 49% stake in Replica. The new agreement covers the remaining ownership interest, but the announcement does not identify its exact size.
Arity said the combination would bring together information on travel behavior, transportation network performance and driving. It identified businesses, public agencies and transportation consultants as potential users, saying the broader data could inform work on transportation planning, safety and investment.
Arity framed the transaction as a way to connect separate sources of mobility information. It said Replica's privacy-centric models help customers examine patterns in how people move and consider how those patterns might change.
Nick Bowden, Replica's co-founder and president, said the company's data, applications and scenario modeling reveal “how people and infrastructure connect” and how operating or policy decisions might affect those relationships.
Arity's Nov. 3 announcement described its INRIX acquisition as complete. INRIX's Oct. 16 announcement had said Arity agreed to acquire substantially all of its assets, with the deal expected to close in 2026.
