For 2026, AstraZeneca expects revenue to grow by a mid-to-high single-digit percentage. It forecasts low double-digit growth in Core EPS at constant exchange rates.
Sales increased in North America and India, despite declines in revenue and net profit.
Third-quarter revenue rose 11.7% at constant exchange rates, while bookings gained 3.4%; operating-margin and free-cash-flow targets were unchanged.
Revenue reached $411.9 million in the quarter ended Sept. 30. The company’s latest CY26 revenue-growth range before the call was 6%–7%.
