Athletic Club beat Getafe 4-0 at San Mamés on Oct. 25, with four different scorers contributing to the victory. The difference between the teams at the final whistle was the largest winning margin among three completed LaLiga matches, ESPN said.

Real Sociedad recorded the day's other victory, beating Levante 2-1 at Reale Arena in a match decided by a single goal. Celta Vigo and Real Betis finished 0-0 at Balaidos, with neither side finding a goal to separate the teams.

Álex Berenguer scored Athletic's first goal in the 17th minute to put the home side in front. Iñaki Williams added the second in the 35th, extending the advantage and giving the home side a 2-0 lead to take into the halftime break.

Aitor Paredes made it 3-0 with a header in the 70th minute, adding to the lead established before the interval. Yuri Berchiche scored Athletic's fourth in the 88th, completing the scoring at San Mamés with the final goal of the match.

Athletic finished with four goals from four players, with each of its scorers contributing once to the final total. Those goals were split equally between the two halves. Getafe finished without a goal and therefore had no reply on the scoreboard to the home side's scoring.

At Reale Arena, all three goals came in the opening 27 minutes, with the scoring completed during that early part of the match. Orri Óskarsson opened the scoring for Real Sociedad in the sixth minute, putting the home team ahead with the first goal.

Nacho Pérez brought Levante level in the 22nd minute, cancelling out the home side's opening advantage. Beñat Turrientes restored Sociedad's lead five minutes later with the goal that settled the match, putting the hosts back in front after the visitors had drawn level.

Real Sociedad led 2-1 at halftime and finished with the same score, with no further goals changing the result after the interval. The lead established before the break remained intact at the end of the match. Attendance at Reale Arena was 30,035, according to ESPN.

Celta's goalless draw with Betis at Balaidos completed the Oct. 25 results. It was the only one of the three matches in which neither team scored, leaving the sides level at the finish without a goal for either to show on the scoreboard.
