B9lab, a blockchain training, advisory and research provider, has announced ‘Certified CTO Blockchain Course’, the first comprehensive online course targeted on CTOs that covers blockchain and decentralized infrastructure.
The course teaches technical decision makers and CTOs the basics of blockchain technology and is aimed to introduce experienced technical stakeholders, everything needed to understand the nascent technology, smart contracts, technical and social frameworks, among others. B9lab has thus created the in-depth course in response to requests for a technical course for non-programmers.
“Blockchain has the potential to change the way companies, customers and authorities interact in many industries. Companies, and especially CTOs, need to understand the nature of the technology to understand and plan for the potential impact on their business,” Elias Haase, co-founder of B9lab, stated.
The course covers in-depth bitcoin, Ethereum, and Hyperledger and offers an outline of many other protocols both in public and managed networks. The enrolled participants get a high-level support by instructors and will have an opportunity to collaborate and exchange experiences within their learning group.
The course syllabus includes different modules like blockchain theory in public networks, managed networks, technical analysis of decentralized systems, strategic analysis, among others. The participants receive certificates for showing their strong ability and understanding during the course. The certificates are verified through the Ethereum Network and also it is integrated into LinkedIn. The pass mark requires an average of 80% or more on both coursework and examinations.
“Our developer course has been very successful and we wanted to give all the technical stakeholders the opportunity to get an extensive understanding of the different frameworks, protocols, and trends in the blockchain," Damien Ducourty co-founder of B9lab said. "Of course they will be certified if they maintain good results throughout the course."
