Holders of oUSDT on BOB have until Oct. 31 to move the token through a cross-chain bridge, ahead of the network operator's planned withdrawal of support.
A BOB post on X set out the planned change. The notice applies to oUSDT held on the BOB network.
Retail customers can withdraw supported assets by Oct. 30; remaining balances will be converted at the market rate when processed.
The firms plan institutional settlement using Ripple USD (RLUSD) across Bitstamp by Robinhood’s institutional business, plus a separate Ripple Treasury software integration. Robinhood expects app availability later this year.
The decision letter bars the bank from opening before it meets pre-opening requirements and receives final approval.
