The Bank of Japan has scheduled 21 U.S. dollar funding auctions through March 2027, setting out when counterparties can bid and when the resulting loans will be repaid.

The 2026 auctions are set for Nov. 4, 9, 17 and 24, and Dec. 1, 8, 15 and 22. In 2027, they are scheduled for Jan. 5, 12, 19 and 26; Feb. 2, 9, 16 and 24; and March 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.

The BOJ timetable pairs each auction with a result-publication date in Japan Standard Time and exercise and repayment dates in U.S. Eastern Time. The Nov. 4 operation's result is due Nov. 6, and its exercise date is Nov. 12. Repayment for the final March 30 auction is scheduled for April 8.

The BOJ will lend at a fixed rate, with the amount uncapped within the eligible collateral pool. Its schedule also sets auction-announcement, bid-submission and result-notification timings.

The BOJ plans to publish a revised calendar at the end of January 2027, extending the schedule through June.
