Based on CoinGecko and exchange spot data, Arbitrum (ARB) fell 2.01% over 24 hours to $0.1655 as of 09:53 UTC (4:53 a.m. ET) Nov. 7, while Binance futures account data showed more accounts holding long than short positions.

At 2 a.m. ET (07:00 UTC), Binance’s global futures account group was 61.7% long and 38.3% short. Among its top-trader accounts, 64.3% were long and 35.7% short. Long accounts led by 23.4 percentage points globally and 28.6 points among top traders.

The ratios count accounts rather than position size. They show how many accounts were in each position category, but not how large those positions were.

The account readings came nearly three hours before the later ARB quote. The snapshots describe different points in the morning: Binance’s account mix at 07:00 UTC and the spot price at 09:53 UTC.
