The quoted price is rounded, so $1.03 is not an exact endpoint for the reported 3.67% calculation.
Short-position liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX totaled $100,000 during that hour, while long-position liquidations totaled $0. The price came from Binance's spot market, while the liquidation count covered all three exchanges.
