Binance had scheduled broader crypto withdrawal access to start at 11 p.m. ET Nov. 2 (04:00 UTC Nov. 3), as security checks determined when each asset could return.

Binance said assets would return at different times. Demand from users over the past week would inform token order, and withdrawals for each asset on each network depended on passing security checks.

Users could check Binance's withdrawal and network-status pages for the combinations available. The exchange warned that requests might take longer during periods of heavy traffic and said users could try again later if a withdrawal failed.

Deposits were still available throughout the change, Binance said. The exchange said it would shoulder losses tied to stolen funds, but did not provide a figure in the update. Binance had started restoring some withdrawal services on Nov. 1.

Users could also follow Binance's official X account for later updates, alongside the exchange's status pages.
