A Binance spot-market reading put Ether (ETH) at $2,361 at 2:43 p.m. ET (18:43 UTC) Wednesday, Oct. 28, leaving the asset $11 above $2,350 at that moment.
The preceding Binance spot quote was $2,348, so the difference between readings taken 15 minutes apart was $13. A separate Binance measure for the hour ending at 2:43 p.m. ET registered a 0.85% gain.
At 2:43 p.m. ET, ETH was 0.85% higher on the one-hour measure and $13 above the prior Binance quote.
In an earlier reading, 77 of 90 crypto assets were higher, while Bitcoin and Ether also posted 24-hour gains.
The deposits came 18 days after an Oct. 9 theft involving buyers who obtained Ledger devices via CryptoBilis, a distributor in Southeast Asia.
A separate hourly measure showed a 0.92% rise through 11:47 a.m. ET on Oct. 27.
