The Binance spot market quoted Ether (ETH) at $2,352 at 4:21 p.m. ET Sunday, Oct. 25 (20:21 UTC), putting the price $2 above the $2,350 mark at that moment.
Binance had quoted ETH at $2,349 15 minutes earlier, leaving the later reading $3 higher. Separately, the exchange’s one-hour measure registered a 0.13% decline, covering a different interval from the two spot quotes.

Short positions contributed $63.43 million, and an ETHUSDT contract on Binance logged the largest individual liquidation, worth $3.01 million.
