At 10:46 a.m. ET (14:46 UTC), the later Binance spot quote showed $2,417. The earlier reading of $2,392 was $8 below $2,400, while the later price was $17 above it.
ETH’s reported one-hour change at the time of the later quote was 0.21%. That percentage covers an hour; the $25 difference compares the two spot quotes taken 15 minutes apart.
