Neither NFLXB nor NFLXUSDT is a Netflix share: one is a tokenized security, and the other is a perpetual futures contract.

U.S. persons cannot access Binance’s bStocks offering, which includes NFLXB. The NFLXB/USDT spot pair was listed Aug. 5, and BTech Holdings Limited is the issuer of the tokenized security. Holding NFLXB does not give buyers direct ownership of Netflix shares.

NFLXUSDT is a separate perpetual futures contract that follows Netflix’s share price. Binance introduced it June 9; it is available around the clock and settles in Tether USDt (USDT). The contract provides price exposure but is not a Netflix share.

Netflix’s third-quarter 2026 results are scheduled for release at about 4:01 p.m. ET (20:01 UTC) Tuesday, Oct. 20.
