Bitcoin (BTC) was down 3.17% at $77,604 as of 7:25 a.m. EDT (11:25 UTC) Friday, Oct. 30, according to CoinGecko and exchange spot data. A market snapshot showed trading activity had risen sharply.
CoinMarketCap data at 7:22 a.m. EDT (11:22 UTC) put 24-hour trading volume at $57.24 billion, up 115.72% from the previous day. The higher turnover coincided with the price decline. Volume measures how much traded, while the price change tracks the market's move; neither figure alone identifies which side drove the activity.
CryptoQuant data showed net exchange outflows of 25,304 BTC, with exchange reserves down 1.02% to 2,469,834 BTC. The net-outflow reading means more BTC left exchanges than entered them, but does not show why the coins were moved or whether their owners are accumulating.
The figures show heavier trading alongside a decline in exchange-held reserves. They do not establish how long withdrawn BTC will remain off exchanges.
