Bitcoin (BTC) moved above the $77,000 mark on Binance’s spot market early Tuesday, with a later quote showing a $198 increase over the previous 15 minutes.
At 4:24 a.m. ET (09:24 UTC), the Binance spot quote was $76,830. By 4:39 a.m. ET (09:39 UTC), it was $77,028, $198 higher and $28 above the threshold. The earlier quote was below $77,000 and the later one above it, putting the crossing between those observations.
BTC’s 0.64% rise over the hour ending at 4:39 a.m. covers a longer period than the 15-minute gap between the two prices. It is a separate comparison, not the change between those specific snapshots.
The Tuesday morning quote follows EconoTimes’ report of a separate Binance spot reading above $77,000 on Monday afternoon. Both reports describe timed prices on Binance’s spot market, rather than a market-wide benchmark.
