Bitway (BTW) fell 16.48% to $2.03 in a Monday snapshot of 89 cryptocurrencies, making it the biggest decliner even as 51 assets gained and the broader list leaned higher.
At 8 a.m. ET (12:00 UTC) Oct. 19, 38 assets were lower. Stablecoins were excluded from the tally. Bitway was No. 36 by market value, and its loss was more than twice the 6.66% decline of the next-largest faller, MemeCore (M), which traded at $0.710.
At $0.195, Arbitrum (ARB) recorded the largest gain, 7.02%. Venice Token (VVV) rose 6.39% to $23.83, while Pepe (PEPE) gained 5.01% to $0.00000409. Hedera (HBAR) fell 6.39% to $0.0830, and Aerodrome Finance (AERO) lost 5.96% to $0.783.
Bitcoin (BTC) gained 0.40% to $82,314. Ether (ETH) edged up 0.16% to $2,420.
The drop reversed Bitway’s position in an earlier EconoTimes market snapshot at midnight ET Sunday, Oct. 18. Bitway had led advances with a 15.89% rise to $2.36, even as 67 of 90 tracked assets fell. That tally also excluded stablecoins.
On Oct. 15, Bitway led the decliners after a 23.66% drop left it at $1.82.
