Bolloré SE's third-quarter revenue rose 53% organically to €937 million as higher oil-product prices boosted its Energy division despite lower volumes, the French group said.

On a reported basis, revenue was up 49% from €630 million a year earlier. The quarterly table gives €613 million as the 2025 organic comparison, a different base from reported revenue.

Bolloré Energy recorded €851 million in revenue, up 61% organically and 60% on a reported basis. The division's revenue gain came as oil-product prices were generally higher, Bolloré said. Sales volumes were 9% lower; the company said higher prices partly contributed to the decline.

Industry revenue totaled €76 million, up 4% on both organic and reported bases. Systems grew, with Automatic Systems' businesses contributing, while Blue activity weakened. Other activities generated €10 million, up 3% organically but down 63% on a reported basis.

In September, Bolloré said a proposal to end Bluebus electric-bus production could affect 74 positions. A proposed Blue Solutions refocus on fourth-generation batteries could affect 41 positions. The company cited slower-than-expected growth in France's bus market, competition and pricing pressure.

For the first nine months of 2026, revenue reached €2.581 billion, up 21% organically and 19% on a reported basis. Bolloré Energy contributed €2.318 billion, up 24% organically, while its sales volumes fell 11%. Bolloré linked higher prices during the period to the conflict in the Middle East. Industry revenue was €232 million, up 2% organically, and other activities brought in €31 million, down 3%.

The company reported a €17 million reduction in scope for the quarter, mainly because Ovrsea left consolidation in December 2025 after merging with Fusalpes.
