MILAN, Feb. 27, 2018 -- Boyden, a premier leadership and talent advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, today announced that Michele Marchesan, a veteran human resources executive, has joined the firm as a Principal in its Milan office.

In his 30-year career, Marchesan has overseen numerous searches for C-suite and senior level management throughout Europe, Asia and the U.S.
Previously, Marchesan served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Datalogic, a global technology company based in Bologna, where he recruited the COO, CFO, CIO and General Counsel. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Vice President for HR Global Operations, Major Appliances and Head of Group Industrial Relations at AB Electrolux.
Marchesan holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Perugia. He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
