Banco Bradesco’s November schedule lists monthly interest on shareholders’ equity in reais; The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) schedules separate net dollar payments to U.S. depositary receipt holders for Dec. 11.

Bradesco’s investor-relations schedule gives rates of R$0.018974809 per preferred share and R$0.017249826 per common share. It names Nov. 3 as the domestic base date and Dec. 1 as the payment date in Brazil.

BNY lists Nov. 5 as the U.S. record date for the receipts and Dec. 11 as the payable date. Its schedule shows a net $0.0024 payment per preferred BBD receipt and $0.0022 per common BBDO receipt.

The schedules give amounts for different securities in different currencies: Bradesco lists rates for Brazilian shares in reais, while BNY lists net distributions for U.S. depositary receipts in dollars. BBD is the preferred receipt and BBDO is the common receipt.

Bradesco says payments associated with ADRs go to the overseas depositary, which forwards them to holders an average of 10 calendar days after the Brazil payment. The schedules list Dec. 1 for the Brazilian payment and Dec. 11 for the U.S. receipt payment.
